The engraved areas of the locket being the three rose gold applied door fronts, top, and bottom of the locket test as 9ct gold. The frame of this piece, gold plated. The door with rubbed engraving to the applied door panel has a twisted hinge still closes but doesn’t lock as tight as the other two. A very attractive and unusual design.
