Original condition. No evidence of repairs or restoration.
Numerous scuffs, scratches and pitting to the enamel painted decoration as expect with age.
Hallmarked to the back. Would benefit to a light clean.

Stones in good order and secure. 

Unmarked, upon closer inspection it appears to be gold plated. Solder repair to the box join clasp. Dirty condition.

Kangaroo and emu appear to be later add ons, otherwise good condition.

Although unmarked tests as 15ct.

Largest roll length is approximately 14.20m long.

Overall appears to be in good condition with patination commensurate with age. Two of the screws on the back of the lock are possibly replaced (unsure). Remnants of original browning of the barrel.

A rampant line to the side of the lock plus an additional crown. Three touch marks to the top of the barrel (difficult to make out) please see photos

In original condition, shrinkage separation to the original join of the stock (which can be seen in the photos), a few shrinkage cracks around some of the fittings. Steel lock barrel and steel fittings with surface rust due to damp storage. Brass inlay fittings and eagle inlay all appear to be in good condition. An attractive, impressive rifle which would respond well to sympathetic restoration. 

Rusted scabbard and blade. Fair condition only but complete.
