From inspection (without removing from the frame) it does not appear to be glued down on card as it shows lifting from the mount around the edges and the folded crease throughout the centre is also lifting. 

The front cover is discoloured and stained in places and is worn at both corners with small splits at the top and bottom of spine.
The gilt lettering is intact and in otherwise good condition.
There is slight foxing to the inside front cover and the illustrated first leaf.
There is also very slight foxing in a few places to the printed pages but the plates are not affected.

One coloured plate (The Crystal Gazer) has a small defect/loss of image to the tall column on the left.
All plates are present and the artists signature is original and in excellent condition.
Overall a better than average example. 

The booklet is complete with no tears and the binding is in very good condition. There is light foxing to a couple of pages but generally the text and images are clear. No repairs or holes. A nice example of a very rare booklet. 

 Some foxing evident as visible in photos (hardly worth noting) as well as a little toning. Otherwise in good condition.

Original condition without repairs, colour difference in the margin where iit was possibly framed. Several minor tears to the margin (the does not affect the image). Various creases throughout the image. A larger one two thirds horizontally to the upper part of the margin. An attractive lithograph. 

One sheet with slight damage along fold. Otherwise, very good overall.

All the volumes have had a partial re-bind at some stage. Mainly replacing the spines. The first volume has light water staining affecting the first third, mainly the bottom corner and including the frontis piece portrait of Cook. It appears to include all illustrations listed on the contents page.
