Appears to be in very good, original condition.The only blemish is a small possible chip to the unglazed area of the rim (which is possibly as it left the kiln). Otherwise, a very nice example.

Larger bowl with old restoration to rim and associated fine hairline crack, surface wear visible throughout from use (consistent with age). Small piece with small chip to rim and surface wear throughout. Fair to good condition considering age.

Significant chip to underside of rim. Crazing to the glaze throughout (more than likely as it came out of the kiln). Encrusted with sand on the base (we are unsure if this caused by kiln or shipwreck hence the possible attribution). Otherwise, good condition.

Plate with hairline crack. Otherwise, good condition throughout with no other signs of damage or restoration.

Rubbing to glaze around the neck from use, trending to a blemish on the rim above the seated figure. Some light rubbing to the frieze around the base. We also note there is an area around the base where the finishing glaze has not taken to the decoration underneath (this is factory in our opinion). Otherwise, good condition with no sign of restoration or other defects.

Jade or jadeite. Provenance: Private collection, Melbourne. Very good condition with no signs of damage or defects.

Good, original condition with surface scuffs and scratches consistent with age. Shrinkage cracks to the edges of the lid on one side. 19th century patination. A good example of its type.

All ivory components are complete and in very good condition, some with minor shrinkage cracks (to be expected). The larger standing figure has damage to the wooden base. No other condition issues to report.

All three pieces appear to be in very good condition with no evidence of damage or loss.

This is four items (the small dish is also the lid to the bowl of the same pattern). Teapot with later wooden lid replacement, also has a crack through the base of the handle. Large chip loss to lid of the bowl, the bowl with small chip to base. The medium size bowl with hairline crack and associated chip loss to rim. The large bowl in good condition.

Teapot missing lid but is in otherwise very good condition with no damage or restoration. Platter has a poor quality restoration visible to the reverse and some small hairline cracks. The water pot with significant chip top rim and multiple area of damage and restoration to the lug handles (poor condition).

Some minor rubbing to the gilt highlights (as is nearly always the case), otherwise, in very good original condition with no signs of chips, cracks or restoration.

Some insect/silverfish damage to the lower margin with minor creasing also to the margins. We note some discolouration in the skyline (centre right) and some minor foxing and spotting. Fair to good condition. In our opinion, this is a 19th century work but we are unsure if this is a restrike. Frame only (no glass).
