Missing one leaf fitting, repair to another

The blocks behind the bracket feet have holes indicating it originally had bun feet. There is a Ziplock bag with several molding and veneer chips, the front of the piece has a good old finish patination and colour. Please note this piece has not had attention or restoration for a long period of its existence, with numerous genuine defects, veneer losses, and simply repairs. Plate handles are 18th century show evidence behind originally having a different style of handle. Would respond well to time and investment.

Evidence of old woodworm and borer (treated). Probably re-polished and some point in the 19th or early 20th century. Shrinkage cracks (to be expected with a piece of this age) Overall a sturdy and attractive piece.

Faded and worn, in particular to the edges and top which are consistent with age giving the piece a warm patination. Hinges appear to be original with the lock a later replacement. A very attractive piece. 

This is a very attractive and honest example. Simple in form and construction, quite faded and thirsty in the polish but presents very well.

This has been professionally restored in the late 20th century. Split to the side has been refilled, nail holes to the top have been refilled, and the entire piece has been repolished. Clean and tidy throughout, presents very well.

Structurally sound and sturdy, pull out lopers support the drop-leaves. Tabletop is nice and flat and usable. Pedestal base and splay legs are secure and sound. Good overall condition, minor scuffs and scratches as expected with age. Minor professional repairs to small areas of veneer and stringing. Brass plate handles are period yet replacements, inside of the draw shows evidence of turned knobs. Would benefit from a wax, a good usable table.

Good original condition, structurally sound. Lock replaced with a good quality vintage example. Brass escutcheon missing general scuffs scratches and wear to the finish. All glass in good order. A good honest usable piece.

Seat height is 32cm

Showing signs of considerable use and would benefit from a clean. As pointed out in the description the fringe has been reduced and worn in many places. But still good condition and an attractive rug.

This is a high quality hand knotted Persian rug, we note that it is second hand and has a few minor marks and imperfections. Would benefit from a wash. Otherwise in overall very good condition.
