Original condition, minor scuffs and scratches as expected with age. No evidence of repairs or restorations. These appear to be unmarked. The plaster filled bases have been covered with felt under, this it may revel something but nothing visible on the candlestick. A handsome pair.

Original condition with no evidence of repairs or restoration. Rim of lid slightly misshapen with a few dents as can be seen in the photos. Small dent to the top lip of the neck. Minor scuff and scratches as to be expected with age. Several minute losses to the enamel infill on the finest sprig decoration, this may be from original as the engraving to take the enamel may not have been deep or sharp enough. Nicely marked to the base, a very attractive piece.

Rubbed through silver plate in several areas of the highlights and seated figure to the lid exposing the copper beneath. A very attractive cup.
