The minor cracks and tone spots are visible in the photographs we have provided. The large folding map (similarly laid down on linen, possibly silk) is complete with no replaced sections. The panels at top have been torn and repaired at the time the map was laid down. All other plates are present and in situ; all text pages are present with a little peripheral foxing primarily to the blank end pages and the last printed page. The binding is intact and appears to be contemporary. One of the finest examples of this rare book that we have seen.
