Lot #74 CLARRIE GRIMMETT'S SUITCASE: Leather case with presentation plaque inside engraved "To Clarrie, from Roy, Pom, Frank, Eric & Bob, 14.1.26", remnants of numerous labels, regulation green and yellow bands painted on (heavily rubbed & handle broken), size 61x36x18cm. Together with framed photograph of Clarrie on tour with this suitcase, mounted with luggage label "Australian XI/ C.V.Grimmett". Also framed retirement letter to Kooyonga Golf Club. [Clarrie Grimmett played 37 Tests 1924-36].
