1931 (Dec 27) England-Australia #231a intermediate cover carried by H Jenkins and H Jeffrey from Darwin to Sydney on the last leg of their leisurely 44 day flight with Kingsford Smith 2d red tied Sydney '16FE32' cancel on arrival, also two later covers similarly flown, one by RT Richards signed by him on face (also signed by Lady Chaytor who withdrew in India) with Sydney Harbour Bridge 2d red tied '12MAY/1932' (AAMC #252a), the other by SG White signed on face with Victorian Centenary 2d orange tied '4NOV/1934' (AAMC #409), all with minor blemishes, Cat $1,125.
