1914 (July 16) Melbourne-Sydney #3 Official Souvenir postcards flown by Maurice Guillaux in his Bleriot monoplane on the first Australian official airmail flight, the first with Kangaroo 1d red tied violet oval 'AUSTRALIAN/AERIAL MAIL/MELBOURNE/16-JUL-1914/VIC' handstamp and 'SYDNEY/18JL14/64' arrival datestamp alongside, the second franked with NSW Consumptive Homes 1/- Charity, Kangaroos 2½d blue and ½d green and KGV Engraved 1d red as well as Kangaroos 1d red and ½d green (4) on view side all tied oval handstamp with the other 'SYDNEY/18JL14/50' arrival datestamp (both with minor blemishes), Cat $1,500.
