Lens and viewfinder are clear. Focus and aperture rings turn smoothly, as do top dials. Cosmetic condition is excellent, with all leather and metal surfaces unmarred. Minor imperfections: 'Leica' logo and 'A' in Wetzlar engraving are lacking sections of ink; there are also two nicks to the black enamel on rear at base of film door.
