Underneath the lift out seat cushion, a wooden board has been screwed in place of replacing upholstery springs. Polished chair frame legs with original finish. Later aftermarket corner blocks have been screwed in place and metal right angle brackets attached behind the front leg and to the side rails connecting to the frame. Re-glueing the chair legs and side rails correctly would make these unnecessary. Would respond well to minor restoration. Cross frame supporting blocks are held in place with counter sunk screws, this may not be original to manufacture but has been done a long time ago. Sound, secure and usable. Would respond well to new upholstery, a clean and a wax.
