Condition ReportAppears to be in original condition throughout. Structurally sound and solid. Losses, chips, dents, and bruises as to be expected with age. Most notable on the bottom molding above the feet. Shrinkage separation to the joins. Corrosion, exposure and tannin stains around the original nails used in the joinery. Original finish showing heavy patination, crazing, and sap buildup leeching from the pine construction. A few small areas of this have been cleaned back exposing the pine grain and figure. Escutcheon missing from the door. Would respond well to sympathetic restoration and a wax.
