It appears to be Tasmanian. We reached this conclusion based on the presence of Mark Jeffrey listed in several places including the last page dated 31 August 1882 as an imperial convict. We believe Jeffrey was the grave digger on the Isle of the Dead cemetery in Port Arthur.
